Tala med Lova.
Swedish AI Receptionist · Built for Spike Media's first customer
I read your Upwork post and built a working Swedish-speaking restaurant receptionist for your first customer. She handles bookings, allergens, hours, and warm-transfers to a human when she can't help.
Click the button, allow your microphone, and call Lova as if you were a guest ringing the restaurant. She speaks Swedish — the section below has phrases you can use, even if you don't.
Your browser will ask for microphone access — that's how Lova hears you.
“Hej, jag vill boka ett bord för fyra personer på fredag klockan åtta.”
Hi, I'd like to book a table for four on Friday at eight.
— Standard booking — Lova should qualify and confirm.
“Har ni glutenfria alternativ?”
Do you have gluten-free options?
— Tests knowledge of menu/allergens (currently generic responses; in production we plug in the real menu).
“Kan jag prata med chefen?”
Can I speak to the manager?
— Tests warm-transfer trigger (mocked in this demo — ends the call gracefully where the real transfer would fire).
Don't speak Swedish? Open Google Translate, paste the Swedish phrase, hit the speaker icon, and play it into your mic.
What this demo is — and isn't
Lova is a working Retell agent in Swedish, ElevenLabs Flash voice, with conditional routing and a mocked warm-transfer trigger. For the pilot, we'd add: BYOC Twilio Swedish number, real Caspeco/ResOS booking API, Google Calendar table assignments, SMS confirmation, post-call email summary to the restaurant, and a per-customer config layer in n8n so onboarding customer 2-5 takes hours, not days.
